The video features the forces removing exploslives from Teitel's house. The explosives are then blown up in a controlled explosion in an open area near the home. The footage was filmed using a cellular phone by one of the residents of Teitel's community, Shvut Rachel, on Thursday morning two weeks ago, a day before the first arrest of Teitel.
