One of the places where large-scale hakafot shniyot (second round of dancing with the Torah) celebrations were held Saturday night was the Machon Meir Yeshiva in Jerusalem -- a leading Zionist center for Torah study that is meant mostly for youths, converts and formerly secular Jews who are joining the religious world.
Singer Yirmiyahu and his band performed and pumped their energy into the audience.
