A Hevron resident was injured in a car crash when Arabs threw rocks at his car on Wednesday, a day which saw numerous attacks throughout Judea and Samaria.
Ben Yosef Livnat, nephew of former Education Minister Limor Livnat, was moving into a new home in Hevron when Arabs pelted his car with rocks. He lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into a stone wall. Livnat was lightly wounded and treated by medical personnel who quickly arrived on the scene.

The incident occurred on Tzir Tzion, the road which leads from Kiryat Arba to Hevron. The army had intended to open the road to Arab traffic, but postponed the move due to extensive protests by leaders of the Hevron Jewish community and members of Knesset.
Later in the day, Border Police officers stopped a Hevron Arab with a knife near the Tomb of the Patriarchs. He was transferred to the security services for questioning.
In a separate incident, Arabs threw two Molotov cocktails at a car traveling near Tzurif, west of Gush Etzion. The bombs missed their mark and exploded harmlessly on the side of the road.
Arabs also threw rocks at cars traveling through the village of Hawara, just south of Shechem, but caused no injuries. The incident occurred only a short time before the army announced it would relax conditions at the Hawara checkpoint.
In the morning, terrorists fired two mortar shells at Israel from Gaza, but they fell short. That attack occurred near the Karni border crossing.
