The security mini-cabinet has convened in Jerusalem this morning. On the agenda: Will he or won\'t he stop the terrorism? On the one hand, defense officials are reporting to the ministers that Arafat is facing increasing internal pressure to stop the violence, while intelligence elements of the army and the GSS estimate that Arafat will not give in to these pressures. Defense Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer said that pressure is being exerted upon Arafat from three directions: within the PA, the U.S., and Europe.
