The IDF Golani Brigade is known to produce some of Israel's toughest and most determined soldiers. Golani soldiers finished on Thursday a 3-month period of training which culminated in a week-long brigade drill together with artillary and air support.

Golani Brigade Commander Maj.-Gen. Avi Peled said at Thursday's drill conclusion: "Soldiers and commanders! The capabilities that you displayed give me confidence beyond all shadow of a doubt that the brigade is ready to meet any and every challenge that it is presented with."
