The United Jewish Communities General Assembly of 2008, held this week in Jerusalem, is set to wrap up on Wednesday.

It is the third time that the General Assembly has been held in Israel. Previous meetings in the Jewish State took place in 1998 and 2003. The UJC Board of Trustees Chairman Joe Kanfer explained that the organization took a policy decision to meet in Israel on a regular basis.
