INNTV’s Matti Barneah documented the police attempt to prevent a protest near the home of the IDF Central District Commander. Police officers stopped people on their way to Reut, a neighborhood of Modi’in, where the officer lives.

Barneah met Nadia Matar, head of the Women in Green organization, as she was being held in the Modi’in police station. "It's important to state and note that we didn’t even reach any demonstration.” Matar stated. “We were arrested on the main road at one of the major checkpoints, under the Bolshevik allegations that we were thinking -only thinking - of taking part in an illegal protest."

The protestors plan to sue the police regarding many incidents in which the police allegedly used violence while apprehending the activists. In the footage seen in Barneah’s video, it seems that a male, plain-clothes and unidentified officer shoved a female protestor, which is against procedure. There were also reports of violence in the interrogation rooms.
