The Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum held its annual conference in Jerusalem last week to train teachers on how to educate others about the Holocaust.
This is the largest educational conference on the Holocaust held in the State of Israel.
More than 700 educators from all over the world, including many non-Jews, flocked to the Jewish State to learn new ways of conveying information about the Nazi genocide of the Jewish people and others.

Last week the Berlin Tagesspiegel newspaper reported that retired German Supreme Court Justice Wolfgang Hoffmann-Riem has been advocating for a softer approach on Holocaust denial.
The former judge also told an audience at the Berlin Social Science Research Center that Germany has been too confrontational with right-wing extremism.
Holocaust denial and the use of Nazi texts and symbols are banned in Germany.
