The Supreme Court rejected a suit by Noam Federman this morning against the participation of Supreme Court Chief Justice Aharon Barak on the committee to appoint judges. Federman claimed that Barak should be disqualified from deciding on the candidacy of Boaz Okon, who was the legal advisor for Barak\'s new biography. The Court ruled that Okon\'s contribution to the book was only of a professional nature.
