Court Rules: Barak Can Decide Whether His Biographer\'s Advisor Can be a Judge

The Supreme Court rejected a suit by Noam Federman this morning against the participation of Supreme Court Chief Justice Aharon Barak on the committee to appoint judges. Federman claimed that Barak should be disqualified from deciding on the candidacy of Judge Boaz Okon, who was the legal advisor for Barak\'s new biography.
