The Purim holiday is a time of great joy and celebration in the Jewish world. This year, it was celebrated on Thursday night and Friday in Jewish communities around the world and throughout Israel. In Jerusalem, the traditional Purim feast is being held Sunday, in accordance with the special Jewish laws of a Triple Purim which go into effect when the first day of Purim falls on a Friday.
