The Palestinian Authority received control once again over the city of Kalkilye - without promising to maintain the quiet there. The IDF withdrew its forces from the city last night without prior coordination with the PLO. The local PA commander did not bother to arrive at last night\'s scheduled meeting with his Israeli counterpart.
