The Supreme Court issued a second legal blow to Kahane supporters this morning when it refused to allow Noam Federman and Yitzchak Pass to conduct an anti-Rabin demonstration at the entrance to Mt. Herzl Military Cemetery, where the late Prime Minister is buried. The two claimed that the police originally approved their demonstration, but later rescinded the approval solely because of left-wing pressure. A similar demonstration was approved in previous years. The judges said that they are \"shocked at the very thought of using civil rights laws to help terrorist organizations such as Kach.\" Kach supporters dismiss such allegations out of hand:

\"Can you recall any attacks that our members have perpetrated?\" Itamar Ben-Gvir asked Arutz-7’s Yosef Zalmanson today. \"We don\'t blow ourselves up in market places or shoot at buses. This is the same Court that allowed freedom of speech to the terrorist supporters of Feisal Husseini and allowed his funeral procession to pass through Jerusalem, but refuses to allow Rabbi Kahane\'s to demonstrate. This is proof of our Sages\' words, that \'Whoever is merciful on the cruel will end up being cruel to the merciful.\'\"

Noam Federman told Arutz-7 today, \"What we wanted to say to Rabin at this demonstration was, \'It\'s your fault, friend\' [one of many take-offs on the famous phrase uttered by Bill Clinton at Rabin\'s funeral, \'Shalom, friend\']. He\'s to blame for giving them guns, and for giving them parts of our homeland, and for the deaths of hundreds of Israelis caused by the Oslo Agreements…\" Federman made clear that he did not support the killing of Rabin, \"and in fact we would rather he was alive so that he could be tried…\"
