The IDF Personnel Department Chief will make an announcement tonight about the three soldiers who were kidnapped in Lebanon just over a year ago. Kol Rina News Agency reports that he and other IDF representatives will first meet with the families of the three soldiers - Adi Avitan, Benny Avitan, and Omar Souad.
