The police have arrested the Palestinian terrorist who stabbed a Jerusalem man earlier this week. The Ramallah resident, 24, admitted to having stabbed 63-year-old Ran Shimon in his shoulder on Tuesday morning. Shimon was rushed to the hospital, where he was listed in "moderate condition."

The terrorist told interrogators that he planned a year and a half ago to commit an attack at the French Hill junction in northern Jerusalem. However, he said, when he arrived on the scene, he changed his mind and returned home.
