A new industrial zone was inaugurated in the Southern Hevron Hills area yesterday, sprawled over 1,600 dunams (400 acres). Regional Council head Tzviki Bar-Chai says that his area is now developing at a frenetic pace: \"People are moving in, new neighborhoods are being built, and some 40 million shekels are being invested in roads for the industrial zone... This area also benefits from the Negev Law, which gives us special breaks for new businesses... I had an entrepreneur who told me yesterday that he doesn\'t want to go to Be\'er Sheva because of the security problems with the Bedouin there, while here he sees that we have things under control.\"
