The victims were identified Saturday night as Yehudit Itzkowitz, 58, from Meiron and her seven-year-old grandson Omer Pesahov, from Nahariya. They were buried on Sunday.
Six other people were injured in the attack on Meiron, including a 10-year-old girl listed in serious condition and her grandfather. The 10-year-old suffered from a shrapnel shard that lodged in her neck when the rocket hit; her condition improved over the weekend.
The injured were transported to Sieff Hospital in Tzfat. Three other people suffering from shock also arrived at the hospital for treatment.
