The government approved Prime Minister Sharon\'s proposal yesterday to establish a ministerial committee for the development of the Negev and the Galilee. The new body will work to improve the areas\' infrastructures and their economic development by establishing new settlements, strengthening and expanding existing ones, and encouraging business ventures. Infrastructures Minister Avigdor Lieberman will head the committee.
