The murder of a 60-year-old woman in Moshav Maor this past Wednesday is still being investigated. Although the area has been the site of several terrorist murders and Arab thefts in the past number of weeks, and although nothing was taken from the victim\'s home, the police have not yet said for certain that the murder was of a terrorist nature.
In light of the violence of today and previous days, the Yesha Council calls on Prime Minister Sharon to \"make immediately clear, in words and in deeds, that the IDF soldiers and Jewish residents of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza are not cannon fodder for the imaginary ceasefire wrought by Shimon Peres and Bin Laden\'s twin, Yasser Arafat.\"
