(IsraelNN.com) Israel Radio reported that the IDF managed to kill two of the Arab terrorists a short while ago who had been firing on the Jewish town of Kfar Darom in the Gaza Strip. The IDF is still looking for other suspected terrorists in the area.
No Israeli soldiers were injured in the incident and residents were told to remain in their homes.
In a separate incident, IDF soldiers went into Jenin in the Northern Shomron. The soldiers were searching for terrorists and killed one Arab terrorist during a firefight. Five others were captured and one other terrorist was wounded during the ensuing gun fight. The Arabs opened fire on the soldiers, and one was killed and another wounded when the IDF soldiers returned fire. The soldiers then caught an additional three terrorists who ran into a nearby house.
Earlier today the IDF’s Nahal brigade arrested a 17-year old woman who was planning on carrying out a suicide bombing in Israel.
