The Yashar party has denied a report by Shlomo Rizel claiming that Gadi Eisenkot is negotiating with foreign officials over an Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon.
The party described the report as an "outright lie, completely devoid of any factual basis."
The party demanded that Channel 14 remove the report immediately and that Rizel issue a public apology. In its statement, the party claimed that the publication was intended to thwart the formation of a new government.
