Iranian Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Mohsen Rezai met on Thursday with Russian President Vladimir Putin. During the meeting, Rezai handed the Russian President a personal letter from Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei.
According to the Iranian official, he discussed with Putin the creation of a gas pipeline from Iran to Russia.
