Iranian Speaker of Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said: "The countries of the region must understand that Iran is fully prepared for war and that its finger is on the trigger."
He continued: "The ball is now in America's court, and it bears the responsibility for avoiding war. Attempts to force Iran into submission through threats and military maneuvers will not lead to its surrender. The era of imposing dictates is over. If America makes another strategic mistake, it should know that this time it will face a new battlefield and find itself even more vulnerable.
"The military strategy for confronting any potential attack has been determined by the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and our response will be unpredictable and without geographical limitations," Ghalibaf added.
