Israel has raised its level of alert in recent days amid concerns over a possible security escalation, less than two weeks before the elections, Kan News reported.
At this stage, there is no concrete information indicating that Iran or Hezbollah intends to attack, but the IDF is monitoring missile and drone tests being conducted by Iran.
A security official said: “We are acting to ensure that we are not caught by surprise."
