The Supreme Court unanimously accepted the Joint List's appeal and overturned the Central Elections Committee's decision to disqualify it from running in the elections for the 26th Knesset.
The justices ruled that the materials submitted to the Central Elections Committee did not meet the legal standards established by case law for disqualifying a list of candidates.
