A US immigration court has ruled that Mohammed Sarsour, president of Wisconsin’s largest mosque, can be deported after determining that he poses a security threat.
Sarsour, a Palestinian who has lived in the US for more than three decades, is a lawful permanent resident.
The court accepted the US government’s position that Sarsour poses a threat to national security and ruled that he is subject to deportation from the country.
