Israeli Minister of Culture and Sports Miki Zohar thanked the Saudis on Wednesday after a plane with nearly 150 Israelis was diverted to the country due to an attempted hijacking.
"On behalf of the people of Israel, I thank the Saudi people for the warm welcome and kindness they showed the Israeli passengers rescued this morning."
"G-d willing, may peace come to us and to all the people of Israel."
He included a video showing a Saudi nurse caring for one of the Israeli passengers in the airport.
