Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shared condolences with the families of the two soldiers who fell in the line of duty in Gaza on Thursday.
“Together with all citizens of Israel, my wife and I grieve over the fall of Master Sergeant (Res.) Nadav Kali and Master Sergeant (Res.) Ofek Moalem in a tragic incident in Gaza yesterday. Nadav and Ofek, of blessed memory, were brave reserve soldiers who defended Israel's security. We embrace their families in their difficult hour and send them our deepest condolences," Netanyahu stated
"The IDF is investigating the incident; all necessary lessons must be learned and implemented to ensure the safety and security of IDF soldiers," he added.
