Yesterday (Thursday), the IDF and ISA struck in the Khan Yunis area and eliminated the terrorist Moamen Jabr Al-Sayed Abu Labda, head of a sniper cell in Hamas’ Rafah Brigade.
The terrorist carried out sniper training across the Gaza Strip aimed at harming Israeli civilians and IDF troops operating in the area of the Yellow Line. Recently, he attempted to reconstitute the terrorist organization's capabilities, in systematic violation of the ceasefire. He was eliminated in order to remove the threat he posed.
Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munition and aerial surveillance.
