Iranian Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref responded to the decision by the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to refer the issue of Iran's non-compliance with its nuclear nonproliferation obligations to the UN Security Council.
Aref said: “The Iranian nation stands by its legal rights and its strategy regarding nuclear energy for peaceful purposes."
