A 78-year-old man was moderately injured and another person sustained minor injuries in a fire at a residential building in Rishon LeZion.
Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics provided medical treatment and evacuated both victims to Shamir-Assaf Harofeh Hospital with signs of smoke inhalation.
