Two terrorists were eliminated and another Palestinian Arab was critically wounded by gunfire from Israeli security forces in the village of al-Mughayyir near Ramallah.
The troops opened fire after Palestinian Arabs hurled cinder blocks at them during an operation to locate livestock that had been stolen from Jews.
The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said that the incident and the events that preceded it are under investigation.
