Border Police officer: Kestelman only showed ID after shooting stopped

Staff Sgt. Adiv Mansour, one of the first to reach Kestelman after the shooting, testified that he too initially suspected he was a terrorist and the victim threw his wallet only after the shooting ended, at which point his identity became clear.
