Three residents of Ramla were arrested on suspicion of breaking into vehicles and stealing tools at the Mool HaYam Village complex in Hadera.
Police said the suspects were located during a targeted operation. Numerous tools suspected of being stolen were found in their vehicle.
The investigation is ongoing.
