IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir completed a situation assessment and initial inquiry at the scene of the attack in Kafr Tal, in the area of the Samaria Brigade, together with Central Command Chief Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, Judea and Samaria Division Commander Brig. Gen. Kobi Heller, and additional commanders.
