The police have opened a murder investigation after a 40-year-old foreign worker from India was found lifeless in an apartment in the Katamon neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The initial investigation indicates that the background to the crime was a criminal incident. Shortly thereafter, a 31-year-old suspect, a resident of Eilat, was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder, and the investigation was assigned to the central unit of the Jerusalem District.
