Hamas media representative Osama Hamdan addressed the election of Khalil al-Hayya as the leader of the terrorist organization.
Speaking to the Hezbollah-aligned Al Mayadeen, Hamdan said that "the election of Khalil al-Hayya is a message that everyone must understand, and it means that Hamas will continue the resistance no matter who assumes its leadership."
