The chairman of the Yisrael Beytenu party, MK Avigdor Liberman, responded to the passing of the Basic Law: Torah Study in its first reading.
"In order to preserve his political bloc, Netanyahu is willing to dismantle the IDF and the entirety of Israeli society. The 'Basic Law: Desecration of God's Na.m.e' will forever remain a mark of Cain upon the October 7th massacre coalition," Liberman stated.
