For the first time since the Supreme Court of Israel ruled that women must be allowed to take the examinations, a woman has successfully passed an exam administered by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
According to a report by Galatz, the woman took the examination in the field of the laws of mourning and passed. Two other women who took the exam did not pass.
