Knesset approves second and third readings of bill separating PIU from State Attorney’s Office

The Knesset plenum approved the second and third readings of the bill to separate the Police Investigative Unit (Machash) from the State Attorney's Office.

The bill passed with 43 Knesset members voting in favor and 39 opposed.
