Dozens of haredi protesters are demonstrating near the Russian Compound in Jerusalem and are attempting to block the movement of vehicles transporting detainees leaving the nearby detention facility.
Israel Police forces are at the scene and are working to maintain public order and ensure the continued flow of traffic in the area.
