National security committee approves: Red Cross visits to terrorists in prison to be banned

The National Security Committee approved for first reading a bill proposed by MK Galit Distel-Atbaryan, which seeks to prevent representatives of the Red Cross from visiting terrorists imprisoned in Israel.
