Iranian officials are threatening a response to the Israeli strike in Beirut. Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the National Security Committee of the Iranian parliament, wrote on X that Iran would respond to the attack “in a decisive and painful manner."
Rezaei added: “This rabid dog must be taught a lesson and returned to its place. Tonight, look to the skies of the occupied territories."
