Rubio: We won’t allow IRGC personnel to join Iran’s World Cup delegation

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared on Tuesday that the United States is determined to block Iran from including anyone affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in its World Cup delegation.
