According to senior American officials, the 60-day memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran would stipulate that shipping through the Strait of Hormuz be “without restrictions," fees, or harassment.
The report also states that Iran would be required to remove mines from the strait within 30 days and commit not to pursue nuclear weapons.
