The Iranian Tasnim news agency claimed that "Iran has absolutely no optimism toward the US. The exchange of messages through a Pakistani mediator is consistently conducted with deep skepticism regarding the American administration. To date, no final agreement has been reached, and disputes over several clauses persist; however, even if an initial agreement is secured, it does not mean that Iran's perspective on the US will change or that there will be trust in its fulfillment of obligations."

The report further claimed: "The Americans have a very poor track record in negotiations, which reinforces and solidifies this skepticism. Therefore, even if a deal is reached, Iran will closely monitor US actions during the post-announcement implementation phase, and if the US violates the agreement at that stage, Iran will retain the means to counter it."
