An indictment was filed against 20-year-old Eliyahu Shoval Bar El of Herzliya for the murder of his 47-year-old uncle, Reuven Kraif, under aggravated circumstances.
According to the indictment, the murder was carried out in April in Herzliya following a prolonged dispute over the supply of electricity and water to a housing unit where the defendant lived with his father, after Kraif refused to restore the services.
