Attorney Harel Arnon, representing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the petition against the appointment of Roman Gofman as Head of the Mossad, has reacted to the documents submitted to the court by the Attorney General.
"The AG is acting audaciously, violating the rules, and attempting to prevent Netanyahu from reviewing the affidavit under the guise of confidentiality - despite the fact that he is the only person in the country authorized to read any document," Arnon wrote in his response.
