Israeli singer Noam Bettan and the song "Michelle" qualified on Tuesday evening for the Eurovision Grand Final, to take place on Saturday night in Vienna.
Nine other countries qualified: Greece, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Moldova, Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania and Poland.
