Smotrich, tobacco taxation and the Palestinian black market

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich is expected to soon approve a new order to tax smoking products that will impose an excise tax of NIS 350 per kilogram on tobacco substitutes, alongside a 4% customs duty.
